We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
• unused and unworn
• in original condition and packaging
• accompanied by proof of purchase

Personalized or custom items (including embroidered names) are non-returnable, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item is damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos.
We will offer a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, except for defective or incorrect items.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
To receive a different item, please return your order and place a new one.

EU Customers
Orders shipped to the European Union are covered by the 14-day cooling-off period, in accordance with EU consumer law.
